We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager 2 to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The Construction Manager 2 will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress of work
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance
- Mentor and supervise junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex construction projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to relocate to Madinah, Saudi Arabia and travel as needed for project assignments
