In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects across designated areas in Saudi Arabia
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and adherence to timelines
- Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and address any issues that arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and procurement processes
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction
- Report on project status, challenges, and successes to senior management
- Implement best practices in construction management to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
