On call support with customers to troubleshoot and fix issues
Ability to travel up on a regular basis to client sites
System maintenance visits to customer site: the scope of the visits shall be agreed on with customer before visits.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness to the clients’ requests.
Directly report to the Technical Manager
Client interface as needed for any of the following: software implementation or upgrade, problem resolution, enhancements, specialized reporting, training, etc.
Implement software while adhering to the project management model for smooth delivery of standard implementations
Skills
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering
Saudi nationality / Saudi Passport
Residing in Eastern province (Dammam, Khobar, etc.)
0 to 3 years of experience
Be a good problem detector and solver
Good coordination skills and a team player.
Ability to adapt to client communication styles and personalities
Responsible, hard worker, committed, willing to learn and able to follow instructions
