Job Description

Having an excellent understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (TIL)Foundation.

To be able to work flexible schedules and communicate accurately and effectively while delivering oral and written responses.

To be able to organize work under stress and time constraints.

Skills

Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, an equivalent degree or IT related

Must be certified as a Help Desk Institute (HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR).
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or equivalent

be fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.

Possess the ability to comprehend work directions and safety regulations
