Description
Develop and implement a compliance framework tailored to the organisation's needs.Ensure the company's activities comply with regulatory frameworks, including SFDA and other international bodies.Oversee compliance with corporate governance policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory filings.Identify, assess, and mitigate significant operational, regulatory, and strategic risks; provide risk dashboards for informed decision-making.Prepare the organisation for external inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.Formulate, review, and update compliance policies, standards, and SOPs.Develop and deliver education and training programs to promote ongoing compliance awareness across the company.
Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Law or Business7-12 years experience in Compliance and Risk ManagementMaster's degree in relevant fields is preferred but not a prerequisite
