We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and manage the organization s compliance function in accordance with the stringent regulations imposed by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization s adherence to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain a robust compliance framework aligned with SAMA s regulatory requirements and other relevant KSA regulatory standards.
Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability.
Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Monitor and assess the organization s compliance with SAMA regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and consumer protection laws.
Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters and foster a strong compliance culture.
Conduct regular compliance audits and investigations to identify and address compliance issues.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to SAMA as required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAMA regulations and industry best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage and develop a team of compliance professionals.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor s degree in law, finance, or a related field.
Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of SAMA regulations and guidelines.
Strong understanding of AML, CTF, and consumer protection laws.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
