Job Description

Job Purpose / Objective :


Perform and handle compensation and benefits related task and research, analyze and implement modification to compensation and benefits studies to meet HMG objectives.  Introduce new processes, collects feedback about the performance of compensation processes and develops/implements the process improvements.


Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities  :


  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
  • Handle contract renewal, promotion and yearly increment for all the projects.
  • Analyse and propose strategies to improve effectiveness of compensation administration.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs are benchmarked against best practices, researched against healthcare industry and employment trends, and compliant with KSA legislation.
  • Participate in compensation surveys.
  • Review changes in salary structure for conformance to HMG policy.
  • Serve as liaison with external compensation consulting company relative to the compensation and benefits function.
  • Prepares employee booklets/communications covering compensation and benefits topics, and compiles and submits periodic reports as required
  • Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
  • Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in the HMG and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Prepare employee benefit programs by examining, evaluating, and optimizing employee understanding, acceptance, and interests, costs, regulatory requirements, and competitive advantage.
  • Perform detailed salary analysis for all internal compensation actions, external hires, and for various requests from management.
  • Provide management planning and control information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing employee benefit and compensation data and trends.
  • Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees. Explain employee benefits by conducting meetings; preparing written and graphic announcements and explanations; responding to requests.
  • Communicates directives advising department managers of HMG policy regarding compensation and benefits programs.
  • Responsible for job evaluations and the annual merit process.
  • Audit evaluation of jobs to ensure equitable wage/salary rates.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
  • Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
  • Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
  • Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities.

Education/ Professional Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource, Business Administration, Accounting Development.

Experience:


  • At least 3-5 years of experience in developing structures, job roles, workflows and processes. 

Professional Licensing / Certification / Training


  •   Relevant certifications, preferably SPHR/PHR, CHRP
