Scope of Work: The Community Manager will oversee and expand the Logistix ecosystem by managing engagement with key stakeholders, including startups, corporates, and industry leaders. This role involves driving meaningful interactions through events, content, and digital platforms while ensuring Logistix remains vibrant, collaborative, and business driven. Key Responsibilities:
+ Community Engagement & Ecosystem Growth
+ Manage and expand relationships within the ecosystem, fostering engagement both online and offline.
+ Respond to inquiries and engage actively across platforms, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
+ Build strategic partnerships to support Logistix initiatives.
+ Organize community-focused events and activities, ensuring alignment with Logistix’s goals.
+ Oversee the planning and activation of Logistix’s strategic roadmap.

Content Creation & Social Media Campaigns:
+ Develop and manage content tailored to Logistix’s needs, including blogs, thought leadership pieces, and event-related materials.
+ Design and oversee social media campaigns to promote offerings and programs.
+ Monitor engagement trends and feedback to refine content and strategies.

Event Coordination:
+ Plan and execute public events, webinars, and workshops to strengthen community connections and amplify Logistix’s visibility.

Platform & Resource Management:
+ Oversee end-to-end management of the Logistix platform, including updating resources and maintaining content relevance.

Brand Advocacy:
+ Build relationships with influencers and advocates to increase Logistix’s visibility and strengthen its position within the ecosystem.
Qualifications:
+ 3-5 years of experience in community management, marketing, event coordination, or related roles.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
+ Strong ability to effectively manage resources, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Creative problem solver and thinker with an ability to adapt to changing needs and trends.
