Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.Communicating with the Chef de partie and preparing the required sauces and salads.Measuring the required ingredients for every recipe and ensuring their proper usage for the particular recipe.Evaluating the received ingredients and supplies and ensuring that their quality matches the standard expected by the restaurant.

Good team working and communication skills.The ability to work in a team to understand and collaborate in executive day-to-day responsibilities and kitchen operations.Proficient in adapting to the circumstances and changing work styles to meet a variety of pressurized organizational scenarios.Having the fundamental knowledge of responsibilities, duties, and concepts required to become a Commis Chef.
