Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Commercial Director to lead our sales and commercial operations in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the GCC market dynamics and a proven track record in managing diverse sales channels, including B2B, B2C, HoReCa, wholesale, distributors, and modern trade. This role requires a visionary leader capable of driving business growth, building strong partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities in this dynamic and competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for the GCC region to achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets.
- Lead and manage the regional sales team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, wholesalers, modern trade retailers, and HoReCa partners.
- Oversee the execution of sales plans across all channels (B2B, B2C, HORECA, wholesale, and modern trade) to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities, assess competitive dynamics, and anticipate customer needs.
- Drive new product launches and ensure effective market penetration by aligning efforts across all sales channels.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors and key accounts to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align on pricing strategies, promotional activities, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across all commercial activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key client meetings to enhance brand visibility and business relationships.
