Job Description

Swiss Hospitality Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Proposal Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the entire commercial proposal process, including strategy development, proposal writing, pricing strategies, and ensuring proposals align with organizational goals and client requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, competitive proposals that drive business growth and success.


As a Commercial Proposal Lead, you will have the opportunity to implement innovative approaches to proposal development and leverage your expertise to create compelling, client-focused documents. Key Responsibilities:


  1. Proposal Development:
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
  • Develop and articulate clear value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and delivered within established deadlines.
Strategy and Planning:
  • Define and implement effective proposal strategies to enhance win rates.
  • Conduct market and client analysis to inform proposal strategies.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities and align proposal objectives.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and finance departments, to gather inputs and ensure proposal accuracy.
  • Coordinate with external partners or subcontractors involved in the proposal process.
Content Management and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop, maintain, and update proposal templates, content libraries, and other resources to improve efficiency.
  • Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
Pricing and Budgeting:
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to develop competitive and profitable pricing models.
  • Ensure budgets and pricing are aligned with organizational objectives and client constraints.
Client Engagement and Presentations:
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to support proposal delivery and discussions.
  • Address client queries and provide clarifications related to submitted proposals.
Tracking and Reporting:
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track proposal statuses.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on proposal outcomes and metrics.
