Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • As an Estimator / Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our work winning team. Key tasks for this role include:
  • Conducting site inspections.
  • Leading commercial reviews for tenders.
  • Building price models using productivity standards from BICS and SF20.
  • Benchmarking commercial proposals.
  • Supporting the writing of technical proposals.
  • Defining the scope of work for subcontractors for tender quotations.
  • Identify & price contract risk (SLA/KPI, Insurance, Performance Bonds).

Skills

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel and pivot tables is a must.
  • The ability to support the writing of technical proposals.
  • Strong commercial acumen is required, and experience with building price models using productivity standards from BICS and SF20 is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to define the scope of work for subcontractors for tender quotations.
  • Experience in pricing contract risk (SLA/KPI, Insurance).
