As the Finance Leader Commercial here at Honeywell, you will Drive key responsibility and be accountable for providing strategic direction and guidance to the commercial finance function. Your role will involve developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth, Cash, Working Capital improvement and profitability. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, and various matrix stakeholders, you will align financial goals with overall business objectives. Implement commercial finance strategies professionals, you will oversee all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and strategic financing solutions to improve cash and business performance. Your expertise in analyzing financial data will enable you to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies will be a critical aspect of your role.
You will report directly to our Region Chief Finance officer and you will work out of our Dubai, United Arab Emirates location.
In this role, you will impact the financial success of the organization by driving business growth and profitability through effective financial strategies. You will play a pivotal role in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior executives and stakeholders. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving financial performance, Financing strategy solutions, working capital and cash improvement schemes, and achieving business objectives. With your strong leadership abilities, you will inspire and motivate your colleagues and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to the commercial finance function
• Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Work with senior leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of commercial finance professionals
• Oversee all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and project installation/service
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior executives and stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles
• Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial ethics and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
• Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Some experience in tax CPA & advance degree with an emphasis in taxation Basic knowledge of US international tax law and regulations. US GAAP Financial Accounting/ASC 740 knowledge. Understanding tax implications of multi-national company Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions without supervision. Strong analytical & problems solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skill Proven track record of people mgmt.
