My client a leading events company is looking for a Exhibition Director to lead the sales strategy and business development for a growing portfolio of world-class exhibitions.


This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and financial performance.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving innovation and best practices.
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Manage key accounts, sales agents, and international associations.
  • Oversee budget planning, floor plan management, and CRM strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements:


  • 7+ years of experience in sales within the exhibitions industry.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation, sponsorship sales, and key account management.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • You must have experience supporting events in KSA for this position.
