Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving sales and revenue growth in the exhibitions and conferences industry? My client a leading events company is looking for a Exhibition Director to lead the sales strategy and business development for a growing portfolio of world-class exhibitions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and financial performance.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving innovation and best practices.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives.
- Manage key accounts, sales agents, and international associations.
- Oversee budget planning, floor plan management, and CRM strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in sales within the exhibitions industry.
- Proven track record in revenue generation, sponsorship sales, and key account management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- You must have experience supporting events in KSA for this position.
