As the Commercial Director, you will play a strategic role in leading the company's commercial activities and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and market penetration goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts. Lead the development of proposals, including budgeting and pricing strategies, in collaboration with technical teams. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as government entities and subcontractors. Oversee the commercial team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful achievement of deliverables. Provide commercial advice, conduct risk analysis, and manage contracts to mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 18 years of experience in commercial management or business development, preferably in the civil engineering industry. Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with budgeting, pricing strategies, and contract management.* Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia business environment and regulations is a plus.
