Date Posted:2024-12-18Country: Saudi ArabiaLocation: Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd, 11th Floor, Tower B, Zahran Business Center, Prince Sultan Street, Salamah District, Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaThe role holder is responsible for supporting the collection efforts on all assigned accounts and determining the action necessary for recovery of current and overdue amounts, to ensure collection thus supporting the business in building a health portfolio. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Core Responsibilities:Executes Otis collections process to maximise collections whilst managing retention of customers’ accounts.Manages relationship with customers to ensure favourable payment release and minimize the possibility of bad debts.Executes the collection process (bill generation, delivery, follow up etc.) by prioritising activities across client accounts based on negotiated agreements.Communicates with the client on a regular basis through meetings, direct phone calls and e-mails to ensure they are aware of the account status and all outstanding dues can be collected in a timely manner.Works closely with the accounting team to implement processes and policies that contribute to accurate invoicing.                                      Verifies amounts and receipts for funds received and maintains archives for all receipts.Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to follow-up on collections.Prepares monthly statistics and highlights monthly outstanding and payment details.Negotiates with defaulting customers to repay their debts in full thereby achieving full recovery on contracted service fees.Relays to Finance Department any and all accounts that need to be written off due to bad debt.Verifies amounts and receipts for funds received and maintains archives for all receipts. Minimum Qualifications :High School Diploma or equivalentFluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferredIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
