Job Description
Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Devices company who are hiring multiple Collections Specialists to be based in Riyadh or Jeddah.
Please note that due to Saudization, only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage all revenue collections within the assigned region.
- Contact clients to discuss/follow up on overdue payment commitments.
- Build and manage strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of collection activities.
- Relay the collection status to the sales & services team to follow up on missing paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Provide reports to the line manager regarding collections pipeline and payment tracking.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:

- Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong engagement and communication skills
- Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
