Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Collections Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Collections Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the collections department and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external agencies to resolve outstanding issues and improve collection processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the collections department, including hiring and training staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the collections process and reduce outstanding debts
- Review and analyze delinquent accounts, identify potential issues, and develop action plans
- Communicate with clients to resolve outstanding issues and negotiate payment arrangements
- Work with internal teams to address customer disputes and resolve billing discrepancies
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management
- Strong knowledge of collections processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies
- Experience working with external agencies and legal entities
