Job Title: Growth Intern (6-Month Internship)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Growth Intern to join our team at Tamara for a six-month internship. As a Growth Intern, you will play an important role in supporting data-driven growth initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll help us analyze data, understand customer behavior, and develop insights to fuel our business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Preparation:

• Assist in gathering data from multiple sources to support growth strategies.
• Help with data cleaning and preparation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Conduct research to identify trends in customer behavior and market dynamics.
• Support the team in generating insights that inform growth strategies and improve customer experience.

• Assist with A/B testing, marketing experiments, and performance analysis.
• Help track the effectiveness of campaigns and provide preliminary reports on results.

• Create simple visualizations and reports to communicate findings and insights to the growth team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, information systems, finance, marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a growth-focused environment.

This six-month internship offers hands-on experience with real-world growth projects and is a great opportunity to learn about data-driven growth strategies, setting a strong foundation for a career in growth and analytics.
