Position Overview


As the Co-Founder, you'll be the architect of our success. You'll bring an entrepreneurial spirit, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for empowering both employers and trade/service workers. This is a hands-on role offering the chance to build a high-growth company and make a significant impact.


 


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Visionary: Craft and implement a compelling strategy that positions us as the leading resource for hiring verified trade and service workers in the GCC.
  • Market Leader: Utilize your deep understanding of the GCC labor market to address the challenges employers face in finding reliable talent with verifiable skills.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee efficient platform operations, optimizing candidate sourcing, verification procedures, onboarding, and employer matching.
  • Client Focus: Cultivate strong relationships with both employers and job seekers, addressing their needs and delivering exceptional experiences through verified talent solutions.
  • Technology Advocate: Collaborate with tech teams to enhance our platform's functionality, logical flows, data analytics capabilities, and user-friendliness for both employers and workers.
  • Team Builder: Attract, develop, and inspire a team committed to our mission, fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
  • Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, training institutes, and other ecosystem players to ensure a steady pipeline of verified trade and service workers.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven success in senior roles with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Verification Expertise: Strong understanding of skills assessment methodologies and a commitment to establishing a robust verification system.
  • GCC Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the GCC labor market, particularly the demand for trade and service workers.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to persuasively articulate the value of verified talent solutions.
  • Quant and analytics know-how: Constantly data-driven and adept at finding and creatively leveraging quantitative insights to drive venture decisions.

  • Startup Background: Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of early-stage startups.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology-driven solutions and leveraging data to enhance verification processes and platform features.
  • Industry Networks: Strong connections within the GCC sectors that employ trade and service workers.
  • Arabic Fluency: A key advantage given our GCC focus and base location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; yet, not mandatory.
