Job Purpose This Position exists to prepare the CNC programmes for the punching and punching laser combination machines efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.Key Accountability Areas
Experience in CNC Punching programming software (Trumpf)
Knowledge in operation of CNC Punching Machines (Trumpf)
Plan and organize the jobs based on the planning sequence and priority.
Work closely with design / Production departments for better utilization of raw materials, Process & scrap reduction.
Ensuring the Programs without any problems and avoid downtime in CNC machines.
Good experience in MS Excel.
Communicate with internal customers for the design / product clarifications to improve the effectiveness of the production as on when applicable.
Safety to be ensure at all times and always all the Safety procedure to be followed.
Role Accountability
Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.
Use tools and machineries within efficient cost and time.
Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
Solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.
Implement the quality standards for products or processes or related activities.
Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.
Comply to related policy, procedures, and processes.
Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations
Academic Qualification Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute or Any relevant fieldWork Experience 2 to 4 YearsTechnical / Functional Competencies Safety
