Reporting to Head of Operations this role looks after beverage across the group including hotels, yacht clubs & restaurants – From start-up phase, menus, promotions, supplier relationships, partnerships & heavily involved with sales & marketing.
Alcohol will be in-country soon & they want to be ready to explode with best offerings!
We’re looking for a top ten individual from the hotel luxury market seasoned in operations & gulf experienced.
Salary Package: Competitive Expat package available – Single or Spousal only for the first year
