Job Description



As a Clinical Application Specialist of Philips Image Guided Therapy systems you will provide clinical expertise through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, application training and handing over of company products.

Job Description:



Supporting Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations. Support and advise the sales force during customer acquisition. Educating sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes. Keep up to date with new developments in the clinical application of the relevant equipment. Supporting new products launches. Set up application training schedules, in close cooperation with the customer. Train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered equipment. (re-) Train hospital staff in case of new releases in the operating procedures of the equipment. Ensure that all customers are provided with high quality training. Responsible for delivering customized (competency based) training material pack – if / when required. Support user group meetings if / when required. Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction. Support and advise the sales force during acquisition. Stay "on track" with the new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment. Be aware and to always manage the safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection, health and safety regulations. In the event of hazards or accidents, to take immediate control of the situation and involve the safety advisor from the regional office. Ensure that all clinical applications training, with both new and existing customers, complies with the company's quality policy. Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner

You are the right fit if:



University degree in radiology technology in allied health discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in Interventional Radiology or Interventional Cardiology. Exposure or experience in delivering clinical training. Customer focused mindset. Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance. Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills. Great teamwork skills. Strong collaboration skills in multinational environment. Ability to travel extensively in the country and abroad when needed.

Travel Requirement:



Around 60-70% local travel and possible International

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
