Job Description

What you will do:

  • Execute assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications and required time
  • Maintain the discipline of the service establishment, safe and clean area through strict adherence of company rules, regulations and procedures
  • Compiles and maintains records, performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures
  • Coordinate with Insurance Company for survey / recovery survey
  • Support the estimation department by maintaining files, records and reports necessary for the vehicle repair
  • Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
  • Comply with the BYD Quality Management System and participate with organization’s improvement activities
  • Carry out work with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment. 


Skills

Required skills to be successful:

  • Customer oriented
  • Able to communicate well in Arabic and English
  • Has a strong problem-solving skill and inter-personal skills 
  • Microsoft Office Proficient 
  • Planning and Organizing 

 

About the Team:

Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will be working and contributing in a dynamic and busy EV After Sales environment.

 

What Equips You For The Role

  • 3 to 5 years overall experience with automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role related with EV’s. 
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree
  • Analytical expert
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
