Job Description

  • القدرة على قراءة جميع مخططات المشروع والفهم الجيد لها ولكيفية تنفيذها بالموقع
  • المعرفة الجيدة بأعمال حصر الكميات للأعمال المختلفة بالمشروع
  • مراقبة ومتابعة واستلام جميع أعمال إنشاء المشروع المختلفة
  • المعرفة الجيدة بأعمال تركيب المباني الحديدية
  • الإلمام والمعرفة الجيدة بأعمال التشطيبات
  • الإلمام الجيد ومعرفة متطلبات الأمن والسلامة بالموقع
  • الالتزام بالمواعيد وتحمل المسئولية والإخلاص والأمانة في العمل بالموقع
  • الوظيفة مؤقتة ( 8 – 9 أشهر )



  • Ability to read and fully understand all project plans and how to implement them on-site.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity takeoff for various project tasks.
  • Monitor, follow up, and accept all construction work related to the project.
  • Good knowledge of steel structure installation work.
  • Well-versed in finishing works.
  • Strong understanding of site safety and security requirements.
  • Committed to meeting deadlines, taking responsibility, and demonstrating integrity and dedication at the worksite.
  • The position is temporary (8 to 9 months).

Skills

  • العمل باستخدام برنامج الأتوكاد والإكسيل والوورد.
  • للتحقق من المناسيب بالموقع (Level Instrument) إمكانية استخدام ميزان القامة
  • الدوام بالموقع من السبت إلى الخميس وإمكانية الحضور يوم الجمعة إن تطلب العمل ذلك بالموقع.
  • يمتلك سيارة خاصة به.



  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, Excel, and Word software.
  • Capable of using a leveling instrument to check site elevations.
  • Available to work on-site from Saturday to Thursday, with the flexibility to attend on Fridays if required for the project.
  • Owns a personal vehicle.
