Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
Conduct safety inspections as scheduled and complete them on in time.
Establish priorities, goals, and expectations to prepare action strategies and plans to accomplish the tasks.
Perform with maintenance employees along with other technical personnel to develop proactive and effective team working together to attain set objectives.
Monitor materials and parts consumption, ensure the consumed material is original & new and verify the replaced material.
Ensure compliance with all related policies and procedures
Monitor all complaints and attend with the team and find out the root cause
Review all repeated failures cases related to the same civil assets and infrastructures to prevent in the future
Act with full readiness for any request by the management related to the department
Communicate with the Building management and customer services division for any issue needs direct interaction with customers.
Demonstrate maturity and excellence in communication, possess interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to initiate positive changes.
Proficient in computers, particularly in the MS applications.
Effectively organize and prioritize work activities.
Strong problem-solving skills and techniques.
