Job Description
- Plan, schedule and execute Project Plan.
- Evaluate the progress of a project on site by studying technical resources like drawings, maps, and reports.
- Identify possible challenges and create a well-drafted cost analysis report for the project.
- Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
- Ensure appropriate implementation of measures taken during each step of project execution.
- Offer crucial support to the company's bidding, pricing, and planning tasks for improving profit margins and sales.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee on-site technical management to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
· Develop construction plans, optimize processes, and enhance project quality and efficiency.
· Monitor construction progress and coordinate solutions for on-site issues.
- · Participate in project inspections to ensure compliance with ARAMCO’s EPC-3 standards and NHC residential technical specifications.
Skills
- Associated with a civil engineering company or agency in a technical job role capacity.
- Problem solving and utilising 2D and 3D computer models.
- Passionate professional portraying high adaptability to work in different challenging environments.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Good command of managing different aspects of an ongoing construction project with a knack for motivating the workforce effectively.
- Professional technical education in Civil Engineering with expertise in Project Management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related fields.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering management; experience with ARAMCO/NHC projects is preferred.
· Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
· Familiarity with Saudi building codes (e.g., Saudi Building Code SBC-201) and ARAMCO safety standards is preferred.
- · Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is a plus.
