Job Description

  • Operations & Maintenance, Facility Management.
  • Formulate a well-defined project plan to streamline all the resources and activities for achieving high productivity.
  • Visit the construction site to assess practical challenges and study relevant reports for suggesting modifications.
  • Identify possible challenges and create a well-drafted cost analysis report for the project.
  • Organizing materials and required construction equipment by dealing with suitable vendors and companies.
  • Abide by the legal safety and health regulations to take appropriate action for building a robust and reliable construction project.
  • Assist the team in various project-related activities like planning, tendering, and pricing as per requirement.

Skills

  • Previous working exposure to civil engineering projects, including on-site management activities.
  • Proficient in using 2D and 3D civil engineering software like AutoCAD, Revit, HEC-HMS, and BIMsight.
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to different working conditions.
  • Portraying professional-level report drafting and writing skills to cover all necessary details of an ongoing project.
  • Project management and supervision skills.
  • Professional technical education in Civil Engineering with expertise in Project Management.
  • Engineering degree in Civil having driving license with 5 years experience.
