About the job CIVIL 3D MODELERS (DRY & WET UTILITIES)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage 3D models using Autodesk Civil 3D for infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage systems, grading, and utilities.
Use Navisworks to integrate and coordinate multi-disciplinary designs, perform clash detection, and ensure proper model coordination across various project teams.
Assist in the preparation of project plans, specifications, and other related documentation.
Provide technical expertise in site grading, road design, drainage modeling, and other infrastructure-related design tasks.
Review project plans and specifications for compliance with design standards and client requirements.
Conduct quality control checks on designs and models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design models.
Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.
Participate in project coordination meetings and provide input on design and modeling strategies.
Support the preparation of reports and presentations to clients and stakeholder
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience
Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D for the creation and modification of infrastructure models.
Proficiency in Navisworks for project coordination, model integration, and clash detection.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, including road design, grading, drainage, and utilities.
Experience in infrastructure modeling for transportation, site development, or utilities projects.
Strong understanding of drafting standards, design guidelines, and project specifications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions for complex modeling challenges.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
