Job Overview


We are hiring for a dedicated Cisco Specialist who will be responsible for the sales of Cisco Services, Licenses and the renewals.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Owning the Cisco Services, Licenses and Renewals Business for the Region of Saudi Arabia.
  • Frequently contacting Cisco partners aiming to create a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Supporting Cisco partners on any new requests, pricing and quoting needs on a daily basis.
  • Participating in weekly/ monthly business review calls and discussing updates with internal and Cisco stakeholders.
  • Enabling and training existing and new partners on Cisco Services, Renewals and Recurring Revenue and supporting them in monitoring and closing their own Cisco Renewal opportunities.
  • Helping Cisco Partners reaching their Cisco Services Program targets, metrics and assisting them in accessing any key Cisco tools for monitoring their achievements and understanding their performance on a Quarterly period.
  • Sharing regular sales updates with the Cisco Services Business Manager and Cisco Business unit Manager.
  • Keeping records of the Renewals business and Partner interactions by using both Logicom and Cisco tools.

Skills & Qualification


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, customer support or an operations role is required.
  • College or University graduate in areas like Computer Science, Business and Marketing, Public Relations & Communications or other similar degree is desired.
  • Any Cisco certifications and or knowledge of Cisco tools like CCW/ CCWr, TPV etc., will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a sales role.
  • Fluent in English (written/ verbal), knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Understand the importance and meaning of excellent customer service and support.
  • Able to work both on own and as part of a Team.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
  • Self-motivated, assertive and able to work independently.
  • Capacity to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
