They are on a look for an ambitious CTO to join their business to carry out the afore mentioned responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Establish, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Ensure scalability of the platform to support increased traffic and global expansion.
Design resilient, scalable, and secure systems and architectures.
Supervise daily technology operations, including software development, infrastructure management, and technical support.
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
Lead the development of new features to enhance user experience and expand product offerings.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
Collaborate with executives, product managers, and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Uphold the highest standards of security and data privacy, implementing best practices for risk management and regulatory compliance.
Manage the technology budget to optimize resource utilization.
Develop strategies for reducing costs and increasing revenue.
Evaluate and integrate third-party solutions and services as necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer in scaling up a technology startup.
Extensive experience managing technology platforms with millions of daily users.
Strong technical expertise in software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to scale technology solutions for high-traffic and international markets.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
