1. Direct
supervision of the Instructor Contractor Team.

Continuous development and instruction of the JAOS Courses and qualify academic
cadre.
3. Serve
as a source of strategic expertise on US Armed Forces capabilities and doctrine
for the JAOS commander.
4.
Coordinating link between USMTM and other allies for JAOS support.
5.
Directly responsible for assisting the Commander in identifying lessons taught
in the JFACC course.
6. Responsible
for the final review of all Course Control Documents/Course Supporting
Documents.
7.
Responsible for the validity of all course material and ensuring the course
curriculum is updated.
8.
Responsible for the development and supervision of all exercise scenarios.
9.
Perform supervisory duties as the Senior Instructor/Master Instructor in
accordance with RSAF PU 105-31.
10.
Assist the JAOS commander in navigating any political or diplomatic obstacles
in pursuit of JAOS training objectives.

Experience in a Service or Joint level staff position or Commander
3.
Experience in Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning
4.
Experience in Joint Operations Center (JOC) operations or Air Operations Center
(AOC) operations or Command Post operations.
5.
Experience in the Theater Air Ground System and Air Tasking Order.
6.
Computer software skills including Microsoft Office applications is required.
7.
Experience and knowledge in tactical, operational and joint operations.
8. Graduate
of one of the following courses:U.S.
Air Command and Staff College, U.S. Army Command General Staff College, College
of Naval Command and Staff College, is required.
