Position Overview:

The CHRO will play a critical role in shaping and executing the human resources strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Leadership:

Talent Management and Development:

•      Oversee the talent acquisition process to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent.

•      Implement comprehensive employee development programs to enhance skills, capabilities, and career growth.

•      Drive initiatives to identify and nurture high-potential employees.


Employee Engagement and Culture:

•      Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.

•      Implement strategies to reinforce the company's values and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.


Organizational Effectiveness:

•      Collaborate with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, streamline processes, and optimize workflow.

•      Lead change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition during organizational shifts.

HR Analytics and Technology:
