About the job Chief Finance Officer (CFO) - Real Estate
Our client is a leading real estate company that specializes in developing and managing high-quality properties across the Kingdom. They are currently seeking a highly experienced and driven Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join their team and help continue their growth and success.
As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to the CEO and senior management
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Manage the company's cash flow and make strategic financial decisions to optimize cash flow
- Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and support for company initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to inform decision-making and strategy development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Sound knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and best practices
