The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead a development services company focused on the power generation industry, overseeing all aspects of company strategy, operations, and growth. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company’s vision, driving business development, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the organization towards achieving its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the power generation sector, with experience in development services and a proven track record of leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan to achieve long-term goals in the power generation sector.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that the company operates efficiently and effectively while meeting quality and safety standards.

• Lead business development initiatives to secure new projects and clients within the power generation industry.

• Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing executive team and workforce.

• Represent the company in meetings with government agencies, industry associations, and other external stakeholders.

• Drive innovation in the company’s service offerings, particularly in renewable energy and sustainable power generation solutions.

Qualifications:

• 20+ year of experience with minimum of 8- 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in a related industry master’s degrees in related fields (engineering, finance). MBA preferred

• Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and operational management in a similar industry.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of the power generation sector, including emerging technologies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and investment decisions.
