Job Description

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) plays a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of a company's development initiatives within the real estate, construction, and civil engineering sectors. This executive position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, business development, and operational oversight. The CDO will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the company's development projects.
  2. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

  7. Prepare and present reports to the executive team and stakeholders on project status and financial performance.
