About the location:

Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role of Chief Concierge:

We currently have an opportunity for a Chief Conciergeto join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!

Reporting into the Director of Rooms you will be responsible for leading the Concierge operation; responding to a wide variety of guest needs and requests adding your personal recommendations and touches to ensure that our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.

Responsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development, assuring the team are experts in your destination activities and highlights, establishing close contacts with destination vendors, and working closely with the Front Desk, Reservations, Bell Team and Valet Parking to assure exceptional experiences for our arriving, in-house and departing guests.

Our Ideal Chief Conciergecandidate will have:

Expertise in luxury hospitality operations and proven leadership experience within Concierge focusing on service quality.  We are looking for a special individual whom delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

You will have a special talent for ensuring our guests feel at home and receive the highest levels of service excellence, have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service and an exceptional eye for detail, an empathetic and caring approach, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
