Overview We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to join the Technology Support Division.
 The Technology Support Division supports various petrochemical projects through the pre-FEED and FEED stages of development.
Your primary role is to ensure integrated refining and petrochemicals manufacturing, operation readiness and risk management. Also, you will work with the Local Workforce Development Department and affiliates to identify appropriate mix of development, knowledge transfer, internal mobility and hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Assess integration readiness across all LTC (Liquide to Chemical) projects.
Oversea the manpower staffing strategy and development.
Monitor Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, performance and establish control and Internal Assessment Procedures for the programs.
Indicate process Interactions at the Refinery/Chemical Plants Interface.
Work with national training centers to develop and train Saudis to prepare a highly motivated workforce for the LTC program.
Support commissioning and start up, commissioning readiness, maintenance activities.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related. An advanced degree is preferred.
15 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, of which 5 years in Operational readiness.
Understanding of plant operations, process technologies, business drivers, cost drivers, and feedstock sensitivities.
Must have a working knowledge of chemicals markets and dynamics. In addition, you will have a detailed understanding of product properties, customer applications and requirements.
