Job Description Summary
The Charge Nurse 1 supports operational excellence by ensuring effective execution of charge nursing processes .- which includes but is not limited to being accountable for enhancing workflows, patient safety measures, and team collaboration; providing mentorship and advanced problem.-solving .- in order to bridge complex clinical and operational challenges.

- Address escalated issues and oversee patient care
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and hospital regulations
- Implement operational improvements in resource utilization and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient care outcomes
Minimum Education Required Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
Professional Certifications Required Current licensure as a professional registered nurse specialist. Certification in clinical specialty preferred.
Years of Experience Minimum 6 years of applicable experience
Languages English:Fully Proficient ; Arabic:Preferred
