Handle all day-to-day relationships with SSC various teams, and all MBC/Shahid/Gobx internal teams
Organize and conduct daily checks with the SSC team
Ensure swift responding to all incoming inquires
Follow up, when needed, with any party to ensure all SSC objectives are met
Liaise with planning, scheduling, MCR/TCR, brand management, and all sports stakeholders
Be the point of contact and liaison with MMS
Fill in the weekly (every Sunday) sports activity update presentation
Attend the weekly SSC update meeting
Represent channel management in sports steering committee meetings
Be the first contact point for the two-channel coordinators and ensure any questions are answered. Escalate to channel management when conflicts arise or critical decisions
Monitor SSC channels all time and especially during live games
Propose improvements and or flag any problems on any of the SSC channels
Scout for new programs and opportunities for SSC channels and liaise with the acquisitions team
Monitor and review monthly amortization reports and ensure monitoring and meeting budget
Notify key persons of any changes impacting schedules or programs
Preparation of actual and projected programming costs
Follow-up with legal on contracts
Support in any administrative duties
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication & Media
2 years experience in a similar capacity
Responsible and reliable
Able to work extended shift hours and weekends
Able to work accurately and reliably in a high-volume environment
