We are seeking an experienced Change Management Manager with 10-15 years of experience to develop, lead, and execute comprehensive change management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting and expertise in communication and behavioral science. The role will focus on guiding organizations through change initiatives, fostering alignment, reducing resistance, and driving successful adoption of new processes, structures, and technologies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Management Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of tailored change management strategies to support transformational initiatives across the organization.
  • Behavioral Science Application: Leverage principles of behavioral science to understand and address the human side of change, fostering buy-in and minimizing resistance.
  • Communication Strategy: Design and execute clear, impactful communication plans to ensure stakeholders at all levels understand the change, its benefits, and their roles in the transition.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify change champions and build coalitions to support organizational transformation efforts.
  • Impact Analysis: Conduct change readiness and impact assessments to identify areas of risk and opportunity, ensuring targeted interventions are in place to manage resistance and enhance engagement.
  • Change Management Tools and Techniques: Apply structured change management methodologies, such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter’s 8-step model, to guide the organization through the change lifecycle.
  • Training and Development: Lead the creation and delivery of change-related training programs to equip employees with the skills and mindset needed for successful adoption.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Develop metrics and KPIs to track the success of change management initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned from change initiatives into future organizational strategies and projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in change management, with at least 5 years in management consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change initiatives across diverse industries.
  • Deep knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
  • Strong understanding of communication strategies and behavioral science principles in driving successful change.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing actionable insights to support transitions.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
