The CEO position entails overseeing day-to-day operations and driving the company's overall performance and profitability within the IoT solutions industry.As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in executing the company's strategic vision and ensuring its continued growth and success.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share.
- Manage all aspects of business operations (sales, marketing, finance, and technical services).
- Build strong relationships with government, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Lead a high-performance culture by developing a talented team.
- Collaborate with the Global Board President.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineeringor a related field.
- MBA or a relevant degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 20 years of cumulative experience,with significant tenure as a CEO or in senior executive roles within the IoT/Industrial Automation industry , particularly in areas related to precast construction.
- Senior leadership experience, preferably inIoT/Industrial Automation.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in commercial IoT solutions, Smart Grid, and sustainability trends.
