Job Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with key market offering partners to promote and provide tourism offers/ discounts etc.
Ensure establishment market offerings in line with the set plan and budget and ensure the achievement of set targets
Oversee the development detailed partnership plans to include roles and responsibilities, financial and non-financial investment, return on investment, targets, reporting measures, reporting frequency, etc.
Oversee, monitor, evaluate and report on market offerings across the region to ensure adherence to the set agreement
Continuously evaluate and monitor ways to optimise operations to advance the regional trade strategy for greater ROI and ease of doing business
Oversee projects for the delivery of the regional business plan
Identify potential partners and synergies in the region and, depending on size, whether the partnership will be managed at hub or regional level
Propose, manage and design trade incentive programs
Establish and manage relationships with key tourism industry players and experience providers to enable the achievement of tourism targets
Identify market offering opportunities to support tourism across the various destinations and time horizons (seasons)
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need to have:
Recommended not less than 14 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent is preferred
