Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving catering sales and promoting our catering services to potential clients through targeted marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the catering industry, exceptional sales skills, and a creative approach to marketing. This position requires an individual who can build and maintain strong client relationships while actively contributing to the growth and success of the catering division.


Responsibilities:


Sales Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new catering leads through various channels such as phone calls, emails, networking events, and referrals.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, both new and existing, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Conduct site visits and meetings with potential clients to discuss catering needs and tailor proposals.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing for events, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitiveness.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the catering services, including digital marketing (social media, website, email marketing) and traditional methods (brochures, print ads).

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and promotional materials showcasing catering offerings.

- Manage and update catering menus, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with client needs and market trends.

- Plan and execute events and tastings to showcase catering offerings and attract potential clients.

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for management.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of catering events.

- Assist in budget planning and forecasting for the catering department.

Qualifications


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience (2-3 years) in catering sales, event planning, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the catering industry, including event management and foodservice operations.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Creative and results-oriented with a passion for marketing and sales.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

-Bilingual in Arabic and English
