The Infrastructure Category Manager will lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for infrastructure projects, overseeing vendor selection, contract management, and the implementation of sourcing strategies. Description Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure category sourcing strategies.Oversee the end-to-end tendering process, including RFPs, RFQs, and vendor selection.Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with procurement frameworks.Collaborate with business owners to align procurement activities with future demand.Develop and track KPIs to measure the performance and effectiveness of sourcing strategies.Identify cost-saving opportunities and achieve 20% cost reduction within 12 months.Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.Provide procurement advisory to internal stakeholders on category trends, benchmarks, and suppliers.Manage the procurement budget and ensure effective use of resources.Lead and develop the procurement team, setting performance objectives and promoting a high-performance culture.








Profile
6+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving procurement performance (e.g., 20% cost reduction).Strong ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.Leadership skills in team development, setting KPIs, and fostering a high-performance culture.In-depth knowledge of procurement frameworks, compliance, and risk management.
