Job Description

Category & Pricing Management:
  • Assist in setting and optimizing pricing strategies for Resal products.
  • Support commission margin adjustments to maintain profitability across sales channels.
  • Review and refine product categorization to align with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to provide pricing recommendations.
  • Assist in planning and executing periodic promotions based on historical performance.
  • Track category and channel-specific performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Merchant Onboarding & Gift Card Management:
  • Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring proper pricing, commission structure, and contract setup.
  • Manage gift card setup, approval processes, and category assignments in digital platforms (HubSpot, Retool).
  • Work closely with the Partnership Team to facilitate smooth merchant integration.
  • Maintain and update the gift card catalog, ensuring accurate product details and pricing.
Commercial Monitoring & Operational Support:
  • Assist in collecting and maintaining merchant price lists, particularly from aggregators, ensuring pricing competitiveness.
  • Work with the Finance Team to validate commission margins and pricing models.
  • Conduct basic price comparisons across aggregators to ensure competitive market positioning.
  • Generate reports for finance and sales teams, utilizing Airtable and other reporting tools.
Customer Experience & Category Support:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot pricing discrepancies and category listing issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure product availability and accuracy across all sales channels, identifying and resolving discrepancies in merchant offerings.
  • Assist in resolving pricing, category, and merchant onboarding issues that impact customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Support:
  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to streamline operations.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in category management, pricing, business operations, or commercial support.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
    • Proficiency in Airtable, Retool, HubSpot, and automation tools like Zapier.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
