Job Description
Transaction Processing: Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions while maintaining integrity and accuracy.
Receive payments for various transactions and update control forms accordingly in the system.
Ensure completeness of payment records for all sales transactions.
Collect settlements directly from relevant parties when necessary.
Report any discrepancies in cash received or submitted to the appropriate manager promptly.
Cash Handling and Management:
Receive and manage cash from various sources, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
Secure cash collections in designated areas or hand them over to appropriate personnel.
Generate and distribute necessary reports on a regular basis.
Handle additional responsibilities as needed, such as banking cash collections and responding to inquiries or emails regarding transactions.
Submit required reports and documentation to relevant departments before deadlines.
Address any discrepancies in transactions promptly and communicate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law.
Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
