Job Description
We are hiring Caseware Product Leader for one of our clients based in Saudi Arabia. This position requires delivering exceptional consulting and training services while overseeing project lifecycles, supporting seamless software implementation for clients, and developing comprehensive training materials to maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling training sessions to meet client implementation plans.
- Support and mentor new Professional Services Consultants to deliver high-standard training with positive client feedback.
- Conduct client discovery meetings to assess requirements and define implementation and consulting project plans.
- Provide tailored consulting services, including training on Caseware products in-person or virtually.
- Direct members of the project team to ensure successful project implementation.
- Travel within Arab countries with overnight stays as required.
- Represent the company at periodic client service meetings.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales activities, including reviewing client reporting requirements, handling queries, and preparing commercial proposals.
- Maintain and develop training materials for company courses, including video and audio content.
- Deliver internal training to Caseware KSA/Jordan staff on product updates.
- Stay updated on trends in accounting and cloud software markets.
- Design/develop templates for Caseware product.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in external audit field
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified public accountant) , ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification or part-qualification.
- Fluency in Arabic & English
