The Carpenter will play a critical role in our construction projects, responsible for creating, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to meet specifications
- Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
- Repair or replace damaged woodwork and fixtures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with other construction professionals and trade workers
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced carpenters on-site
