JOB PURPOSE
· Organize, and manage information from vessel and line agents for the finalization of loading, discharge lists, while adhering to port policies and procedures.
· Finalization of the vessel loading and discharging summary to be sent for invoicing. Making sure all formalities have been adhered to when vessel finalization is done
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
· Experience as data entry operator
Mandatory: 1 – 2 years
· Preferable experience as clerk/ data entry operator in container port terminals
· Education: Higher Secondary/ Secondary
· Good computer operating skills
· Reading and writing skills in English language
· Basic reading and writing skills in Arabic language is preferred
· Good communication skills
